hin 48 hours.
Earlier in the day, Justice Nisar visited a mental health centre in Peshawar and criticise
d the hospital staff for poor condition of the place. Speaking to staff member Dr Tariq, the CJP questioned: “Is this how you treat human being?”
CJP summoned Khyber-Pakhtu
nkhwa CM Pervaiz Khattak, while upon Khattak’s arrival, Justice Nisar said: “Let me show the miserable condition of this hospital.”
Justice Nisar also directe
d the secretary health to present a report pertaining the issue before the SC within 10 days.
